Career identity repair for women ready to put their name back on what they built.

I’m Karen, founder of Karen Hammons Co., the career identity editorial house for women rebuilding how they move through work.

The Co. is built for the woman who can feel the old career rules wearing out in her body.

The over-functioning. The proving. The constant editing. The habit of handing her judgment to the room before she trusts it herself.

Here, career strategy includes the nervous system, the story, the evidence, the pace, and the identity underneath the next move.

A woman can have the résumé, the title, the intelligence, and the proof.

Her authority can still feel harder to access than it should.

The Co. was built to repair that fracture.

Why the work exists

I built Karen Hammons Co. after years of watching capable women become over-adapted, under-credited, and quietly separated from their own knowing at work.

I’ve watched women stay in rooms that trained them to override themselves, mistake exhaustion for responsibility, and shrink the language around their own intelligence so other people could stay comfortable.

I’ve lived enough reinvention, identity repair, operational weight, family responsibility, and nervous system rebuilding to know the next move has to come from a cleaner place.

The old pattern keeps picking the next room until the repair gets named.

The Co. exists to guide women back to the evidence, language, pace, presence, discernment, and authority they were trained to downplay.

The Lens

My work sits at the intersection of career strategy, nervous system repair, identity language, and AI literacy for women learning to use the tool without outsourcing their judgment.

Capacity is treated as career infrastructure.

Clarity is treated as pattern recognition.

Evidence is treated as a return to your own proof.

Visibility is treated as a nervous system event.

Intelligence is treated as judgment you keep inside your own hands.

Career repair starts by asking what pattern is leading the move, what story is still running the meeting, and what your body learned to protect before your voice had language for it.

That is where the work starts to change.

Where the Lens Comes From

My background sits across HR, healthcare administration, people and process operations, volunteer leadership, career identity repair, and the changing reality of work.

I have hired, exited, trained, documented, organized, translated, rebuilt, and held together more work than a clean job title can hold.

That range shaped my eye.

I can see the pattern under the performance.

I can see the woman carrying the system while wondering why she feels so far from herself.

I can see the difference between a career problem and a protective pattern work has trained into place.

Karen Hammons Co. came from that intersection: practical career work, nervous system repair, identity language, and the moment a woman starts building from her own evidence again.

The Co.

Karen Hammons Co. is organized into six career repair Files:

Career Grief. Capacity. Clarity. Evidence. Visibility. Intelligence.

Each File is built around a specific career fracture point: the moment work shakes your identity, energy, judgment, proof, presence, or thinking.

Inside the Files, you’ll find digital Editions, deeper Volumes, voice notes, regulation practices, applied tools, and Library essays designed to guide you through the pattern with more steadiness and precision.

The work is direct, voice-led, and rooted in career identity repair.

The throughline is simple:

Put your name back on what you built.
